= My First Map =
Before starting my mod, I have decided that it would be wise to make a small and unambitious map to learn properly how Hammer works. A building has been used by the Combine as an improvised jail before it was abandoned due to an zombie infestation. Or something like that.

I put on the room a window, a door and a pillar to make it more interesting. I also added a tubbery and did some minor changes.

Today i created a "reception" zone in the first floor of my building. I struggle with making interesting interior, so I will search for some help the Friday, tommorow I doubt i will map since I got some plans.

I created 2 new rooms for extra depth and added a functional door. The first floor layouts is finished and tommorow i will start adding actual gameplay.

Today I added an arch and changed some door textures. For some reason weapons dont work on this map so i will skip the combat until the next map. I've also divided the big room i had.

Today I have downald and with some help from Discord adapted a prefab that includes a keypad with a code that will lead into a room. This will help me to add some gameplay first. I have also decided that i will let the map completily dark so its scary, then i have added some pilars and such so the rooms arent just squares.

My First Map
